SANGEAN releases the MMR 99, the ideal recreation buddy

SANGEAN, distributed by Canohm in Australia, has released the ideal camping buddy with its MMR-99 rechargeable emergency and outdoor radio.

The trusted Taiwanese manufacturer has been designing and manufacturing radios since 1974. Unlike other manufacturers, SANGEAN works with their products all the way from research through to post-sales, ensuring users receive a quality product.

The most recent release is no exception with the MMR 99 ready for the extremes of the great outdoors or even your backyard. An upgrade over its predecessor with plenty more features and a memory bank that can hold up to 40 AM/FM radio stations. It also has an auto-tuning system, adjustable bandwidth and emergency light.

The handheld radio can be charged by hand cranking, DC-in power by USB Type-C or solar power. The connections also work both ways as the MMR 99 can charge smaller devices.

Coming in either desert tan or forest green colour schemes, the SANGEAN MMR 99 is a must for people who want to explore the great outdoors, stream music via Bluetooth, listen to the radio on the go and not have to worry about getting it wet or dirty. 

The inbuilt flashlight has different lighting modes for all different situations or emergencies. It can act as a warmer light for campfire conversations or brighter when needed.
