Check HDMI connection on both device are secured
Ensure HD monitor is powered ON and set up
Ensure correct source channel is selected on the HD monitor
Ensure devices are powered ON
Change HDMI cable
Enable Wi-Fi in Settings > Network
If supplied, ensure attachment antenna is securely connected
Ensure router/modem is powered ON and configured properly to connect to
Relocate device closer to network access point
Reboot all routers, modems, wireless access points and other Wi-Fi devices
Turn ON only those devices required to establish the network connection (e.g. modem and wireless router). Avoid connecting other devices to the network
Avoid having other signal processing devices nearby (e.g. 2.4GHz phones or microwave ovens)
Plug in various USB devices to test the USB ports
Check USB ports for any damages or unwanted material/debris inside
Toggle OFF Bluetooth for 10-20 seconds, then toggle back ON
Test Bluetooth connection with various Bluetooth devices
Power OFF device for 10 seconds, then power back ON
Close/Force Stop any unnecessary applications running
Power OFF device for 10 seconds, then power back ON
Un-install and then re-install affected applications
Ensure line of sight from remote to device with up to 10 meters distance
Insert another appropriate set of batteries to power the remote and test operation
Press and test all various buttons on the remote
Power OFF device for 10 seconds, then power back ON
